LNCHPD CRTV is a branding and design firm built for the builders. We work with small businesses, nonprofits, NGOs, and civic organizations who know what they are trying to do but need the creative clarity to say it in a way that actually lands.

If you need a logo, there is an app for that. What we do goes deeper. We are brand strategists. Every decision we make, every color, every word, every visual direction, is built with intention and conviction, backed by advanced market research that ensures you are speaking directly to the people you are trying to reach.

We are not in the business of making things look good. We are in the business of making sure the right people see you, recognize you, and choose you.

Andre has been telling people what their brand should look like before branding was even a conversation most small businesses were having. What started as giving advice to anyone who would listen, and honestly, a few who did not want to, turned into something he could not walk away from.

For decades he has sat across from founders, pastors, nonprofit directors, and civic leaders, looked at what they were building, and figured out how to make the world see it the way they see it. What began as a genuine desire to help people grew into a full conviction that every organization deserves a brand that is as serious as the work they are doing.That conviction became LNCHPD CRTV.

 

Andre does not just design. He thinks, researches, challenges, and then builds. He will ask you questions about your organization that will make you feel like you are back in a board meeting you were not prepared for, and by the end of it, you will have more clarity about your brand than you have had since the day you started.

We do not open a sketchbook, pick a font, or suggest a color until we understand your audience, your space, and what already exists in it. Every creative decision we make is earned, not assumed.

Good design that points at the wrong people is just expensive decoration. We think like strategists first and designers second, because a brand that looks right but speaks to no one has already failed.
